CASE STUDY: CB Richard Ellis
The Challenges: Build a dynamic vibrant Capital Markets Business Unit with CBRE, transform the Leadership Team of this Unit, Build and then lead and manage an aggressive strategy to gain market share, and evolve the Unit to deal with new marketplace challenges. The Process: Sarkady worked one on one with the two senior leaders of the Unit, and then successively with each member of the Leadership Team. Sarkady then facilitated a summit of the entire Leadership Team to forge a Strategic Plan. Subsequently Sarkady converted that Plan into a set of aligned priorities for each Senior Leader. Sarkady then worked with the Team to conduct rigorous quarterly management reviews that tracked performance and made adjustments as necessary. The Results: The Capital Markets Business Unit grew and reinvented itself. Share is being gained through the Regional Teams. The President of the AOMB has been promoted to the next level.
