CASE STUDY: FANNIE MAE FOUNDATION
We facilitated an off-site leadership program for the senior team where they wrote their leadership principles and developed a leadership training program for all Foundation employees – a 3-day visionary leadership event.
We led the top team members in creating their own leadership development plans. As they were coached, they learned to coach their own people more effectively – a rigorous process of self-development – taking them beyond their comfort zones into a new zone of effectiveness and courage.
